Russets

Two new build luxury properties on a sprawling former single dwelling. The site borders Richmond Park and Kingston Hill to the front which informs the open and closed elevations that contrast either side. Bronze and concrete were chosen as materials to complement the leafy surroundings and provide some mass to the ground and first floors.

The houses from a similar (5000&6000 sq/ft) but slightly varied pair, that compliment each other in design and materials but provide enough variance to feel individual for the owners.
