Robata

The site in a new development on Cannon Street, was hallmarked as the flagship for a roll out chain of shared plates and sake tasting. A standout modern design was requested to blend modem japan with classical undertones. Our design was based around a series of parametric shapes to be made into sound baffles that fill the large space across grid lines set over the site. The materials chosen were a mix of industrial and traditional to give the space an elegant yet edgy feel.
